This episode will empower you to work with your unique challenges and find confidence in your ability to manifest from a place of emotional safety.
Your life is a reflection of what you believe you are worthy of.
After going through experiences where you didn’t get what you want…
You might have picked up the idea that you don’t deserve your desires.
You don’t deserve good things. You don’t deserve life to work out for you.
From this standpoint, it’s easy to go into proving mode…
To go out of your way over and over again to prove how valuable you are. You’re always on edge. You are always observing the feedback
You always feel like something is missing… there is something more you need to achieve or be.
You can’t relax. You can’t let go. You can’t receive.
But when you connect the dots - from safety, trust and shame to guilt, expansion and love...everything falls into place.
Manifesting has never been so safe, so easy and so expected.

Welcome back to episode three. We talking all things manifesting as a complex trauma survivor. And today I'm going to share a fail proof method of how to start actively co creating because it is impossible to see all the things that are hidden for us. And that is the main problem. You've been trying to manifest, co create, uh, Like neurotypical people or others have been telling you from vision boards to affirmations to somatic work, but it still feels like a hit and miss.
And what I'm going to share with you today might change your life forever. What I'm going to share is almost like a three step method. It's basically taking you from a passive state to an active state to neutralizing. State, right? Because that is basically what we do at the end of the day. What I want you to remember is that these three steps can also be seen as the passive state is resisting.
The active state is reactive and the neutralizing is what are the emotions that come up with that? And then we can start. Neutralizing them the way that I do it, um, because I think there's a lot of talk around neutralizing emotions is that I cast the burden of self doubt, um, to the Christ within, to the God within, uh, you guys know, I work with the God self a lot.
So that's basically neutralizing. Um, so I walk free that. It's really important that you find a sentence that makes you feel it in your body, because that really means you are neutralizing it. It could be, I cast the burden of this or this on the God within, um, and walk free. So the, there is some form of sentence that you need to say for it to be neutral.
Transmuted and neutralized. You can use tapping. You can use any form that feels right for you. You don't have to tap the way EFT tappings tap, tapsy taps. You can really just tap on your body and in any place that feels safe for you, or that feels good for you. But at the end of the day, that's what we can do.
To really move the needle drastically in our lives. So what I do also want to say while I'm saying this is that there's no timeline on healing. And how can I share an example with you? So. Sometimes I have a hard time doing my daily practice and I'll sit there and I'm noticing how my mind is wondering a million things that I have to do, um, choose to do, want to do, desire to do.
And what I say to my mind then is I can sit here for the whole day until this is done. I'm just going to sit here until I'm ready. And that kind of takes the pressure off because sometimes when we are trauma survivors, we. Um, of course, we tend to go into performance. Okay, got to do this. Okay. Gotta do this right.
Or we have responsibilities and things we've kind of got to do because we are in a co creative space with all people. So, um, that is something I just invite you into. It's like see it as this never ending. Um. Um, I know this might be controversial, but see it as a never ending process. Like there is no destination.
So if I'm never going to be healed, I might as well try it. You know what I mean? It's almost like, let me just make it a little bit easier because it might be a couple of weeks off, a couple of months off, and you will, I guarantee you, and I promise you, wake up without, without, What you were reacting towards, you'll feel bliss and joy and happiness and expectation towards what your true desires are, because we have to also make sure that as complex trauma survivors, our desires and things we want aren't coming from the ego because the ego can mask and be like, Hey, You really want that money because then you'll be financially safe and then you can leave and then you can do this and that and then you can do that and that.
So we really want to make sure that it's coming from a, from your higher self, your heart space, whatever you want to connect to. So what we do basically is what happens when we are resisting, we are in a passive state. You are creating when you are resisting. In a basically neutral state, I'm going to be a hundred percent honest.
I think a lot of people think you've got to be actively thinking about what you want all the time. You really don't. You have, you set the intention, you command it, and it just is yours. It's just that expectation that you have, you know, and you let it go. There's no active process of continuously thinking about it.
What we do continuously look at are the feelings that come up, any reacting, because what happens is for us to receive it in divine perfection, because that's the only thing really that exists in the divine mind, you're perfect. So any. Imperfections have to come up and need to be cleared. That's when we start resisting, we start reacting.
So one thing that's really important to realize is when you notice you are resisting, what is it for you? What does that feel like for you? Do you have a lower, Energy, you know, do you feel like you just don't want to do anything? You don't want to go there. You want to, you don't want to write that you don't want to show up for that.
You don't want to any form of, of blocking your creative flow is a form of resisting because in our natural state, we are creative as fuck, super creative. There's so many ideas, so many things coming through, bubbling through you that you could write three, four, five posts looking at business itself now a day.
Um, And while you're resisting, what are you reacting to? What is it? What are the things that are coming up that are, um, creating resistance and reacting, right? So let me think of an example. Um, so for example, when I was trying to manifest way more money in my business, things were going really, really well.
But I do like to kind of challenge myself a little bit as well. And I realized that there was resistance to what I call these upper limits, right? And what, how this manifested for me was that I was reacting to this belief that the more, even more I would earn, the more I would get into trouble with the tax people in Germany, because I was under.
Investigation last year, because apparently I own too much. They thought I was doing money laundering, which I wasn't. Um, but that was an interesting experience. So obviously that kind of left a little bit of a taste in my mouth and I thought, okay, if I'm owning even more, am I going to get into more trouble?
What happened was that I was manifesting trouble. I was, you know, there were. Bills coming up and I was like, wow, okay. So I'm reacting and then I was reacting out of fear. So I'm resisting earning more money, reacting out of fear. And the emotion that came up was terror, fear, right? All these, these like, there's going to be more drama.
What, what happens is that when I looked at that and I realized, Oh, okay. So beneath that is really the terror of, you know, um, Being wrong, doing something wrong, um, getting into trouble for, um, being brighter, earning more, seeing, so growing up with a narcissistic mom, I wasn't able to, or wasn't allowed to shine brighter or be more than her or, you know what I mean?
So all these things, but they are always coming up. Imperfection can be cleared from us. So I hope that's helpful. I hope that you can use this in your day to day and, you know, Maybe just write it down somewhere, right? Really important to realize that when you're in a passive state, you aren't co creating, you're actually resisting.
And this resistance is creating you to react. Those emotions that arise and the stories and the visions, those are the ones that want to leave that are ready to go. They are ready to go. That's really important to remember is that whatever comes up for you, that you're resisting, you're reacting to the emotions, thoughts, beliefs, the visions behind it, they're ready to go.
And you can cast them to the God or the Christ within and be free.
